You have 10 days from the purchase date to obtain a refund for product downloads, product unlocks, and all other electronically delivered products. You will be required to uninstall and remove the application from your computer. Since there is no physical product shipped, you are not required to send anything back to the us.

Refunds for electronically delivered products can be requested via the web. Your account will be deactivated and you will no longer be able to use our services until you made fresh payment to us. Refunds for Services will only be given for those services which have not been serviced by us. No other refunds will be entertained. We reserves right to deduct all the Charges, Taxes and Expenses from your refund which is borne by us on your behalf and in no case deduction amount shall be more than 10% of initial payment made by you.
